I’ve experienced the fitness journey from every angle—from being skinny, to gaining more weight than I wanted, and now becoming a fitter, stronger version of myself. Today, I focus on lifting heavy, building strength, and balancing it with plenty of cardio. I understand the struggles, the setbacks, and the discipline it takes to transform, and I want to bring that experience and motivation into every workout.
