Each lesson plan is based off of the student. If you want a unique way to workout, I teach dance workouts. For more technique classes in a specific style. Each lesson is designed to work on technique from that style. Such as basic ballet barre or improv in contemporary.
My teaching method is creating conference in technique and finding passion for dance. Also having fun dancing.
