About Aditi
Namaste! I am a yoga teacher and my name is Aditi Gargote. I have been practicing yoga for over 13 years and have been teaching for 3 years.
My passion for yoga started when I was going through a difficult time in my life and I found that yoga helped me to find peace and clarity. From that moment on, I knew that I wanted to share the benefits of yoga with others.
I believe that yoga is not just about the physical postures, but also about the connection between the mind, body, and spirit. My classes focus on cultivating this connection through breath work, meditation, and mindful movement.
I am committed to creating a safe and welcoming space for all students, regardless of their experience level or physical abilities. My goal as a teacher is to guide students on their own unique yoga journey and to help them find a sense of inner peace and balance.
I am certified in Ashtanga yoga. I am grateful for the opportunity to share my love of yoga with others and look forward to practicing with you soon.
