About Destiny
My name is Destiny, in from the Northeastern United States and I have a deep love for History, especially United States History. I have always had a strong connection to learning about how our country was formed, as well as the rest of the world. I have a very flexible schedule and I will work with you to help you understand how important and complex and fun our history can be.

My teaching method is simple, I help you learn how you learn best. I am very adaptive and work well with students with learning disabilities and those who struggle to comprehend lessons easily.
A typical lesson plan involves a short lesson the topic and then breaking it down into subsections to help the student understand exactly what they are learning.
As a tutor I find that being on the students level is the key to success. I am a college student and I know just how challenging learning can be.
My lessons are designed for anyone who is looking to understand United States and World History better, these are classes that are commonly taken in Middle School and High School but I'm willing to work with students College aged as well.
