About Helen
I’m very understanding and empathetic, but when it comes to my lessons which I put a good amount of time in, I turn very serious.
I love having a laugh and also connecting with people. I believe in real bonds between people.

Adaptability is important to me, your lessons will be eased in with levels of comfortbut also by pushing the limits a bit more each time. Discipline is taken very seriously and I don’t want to waste my time nor my client’s time if there is a lack of discipline and accountability.

Helen's personality makes me feel so comfortable. In the first session (which was free) she explained everything I needed to know about my fitness plan. This plan included cardio, strength and bodyweight strength. The second session was eased into and it was really good. I'll keep training with her for sure and I recommend her to anyone looking for a personal trainer.
