About Martin
I never swore at my trainees when I was in the very negative environment of a meat processing plant and I will continue this attitude online. Swearing is akin to belittling and condescending attitude. I have been honest with my immediate supervisor about training problems in an attempt to improve overall training in my past jobs. I will do the same as a tutor.
