I have years of experience teaching all ages of dance and now developing my skill and knowledge into teaching Yoga. I'm patient, adaptable and always up for constructive feedback.

But I've realized now that you need to take time for yourself to breathe and reflect. I would plan my class differently depending on the overall vibe of the class.
