About Nicole

I am a former Division 1 collegiate athelete in the United States. Through my juniors I played in the Australian Nationals, the Sydney Flames Academy, represented NSW, and was on scholarship in the National Intensive Training Program. Additionally, I have been coaching local, school and representative youth sporting teams for the last 5 years.

About the lesson

I base my classes on the training I received through my development, simplified to match the player's abilities. I take the most effective training methods that I learnt from my best coaches, then apply then in my classes to get optimal performance from my players and teach them skills that were essential fundamentals in my success.

Nicole coached me from a beginner to making the state team. I still get her help improving my technique, skills and fitness when I need. She's an awesome coach, with a great knowledge base and experience behind her. I'd recommend her to anyone!
