Perfect! After initial contact quickly developed a plan with Serag who understood what I needed right away. He is very prompt and accessible and used his expertise to identify weaknesses that we are now working on. Highly recommended
Perfect! Really great first session. Serag really knows what he’s talking about and asked all the right questions. Really looking forward to working with him over the next few months.
- "I had the pleasure of working with Aaron, he is such a lovely and friendly individual. When we first started working together, Aaron expressed a desire to gain weight and build muscle mass, as well as improve his overall fitness level.Serag's response :
Throughout our time together, I was impressed by Aaron's dedication and hard work. He consistently showed up to our training sessions on time and ready to put in the work. I was also impressed by his willingness to push himself out of his comfort zone and try new exercises and workouts.
He is a motivated and committed individual who is always willing to put in the work to achieve his goals. I wish him all the best in his continued fitness journey!"
