About Rushana
I'm someone who has always loved words — spoken and written. My career took me through HR Management, Marketing Management, and years as a radio presenter and manager, where clear communication was everything I did, every single day. After hip fractures in both hips left me unable to continue physical work, I found a new purpose in sharing what I know: how to write with clarity, speak with confidence, and express yourself well. Teaching English and writing feels like a natural next chapter I get to keep doing what I love, helping others build the same skills that shaped my career, without ever standing still.

With a background in HR Management, Marketing Management, and radio presenting, I bring real-world communication experience into every lesson. Years of managing teams and working on-air taught me how to explain ideas clearly, build confidence in speakers and writers, and adapt to different learning styles. My lessons focus on practical English and writing skills — grammar, vocabulary, essay structure, and creative expression — tailored to your goals, whether that's schoolwork, exams, or everyday confidence. I create a patient, encouraging environment where mistakes are part of learning, not something to fear."
