About Shey
With a background in semi-professional rugby and experience getting paid to play the sport, I bring both practical experience and academic knowledge to my coaching. Having completed over 20 sports science courses, I’ve gained in-depth insights into training, performance, and injury prevention. I've had the privilege of working alongside top coaches from Western Province and the South African rugby system, sharpening my skills and understanding of elite-level training. My passion for both teaching and sports drives me to help others reach their full potential, combining proven science with hands-on coaching to create powerful, results-driven fitness programs.
