About Avi

I am a former soloist with the National Ballet of Canada. I have been teaching ballet to ages ranging from 6 to adults for over 10 years. I received my diploma for teaching ballet from Canada’s National Ballet School.

About the lesson

I base my teaching according to the individual needs of my students. I’m patient and help my students grow at the right phase for them. I was mostly trained by Russian teachers so that is what I pass on.

I've taken Avi's class on numerous occasions in person and online. I like that the class is well structured, each students receives attention and corrections and is able to improve at their own pace. The combinations are fun and the instructor has great science of humor. Highly recommend!
