I believe language learning should be practical, personalized, and engaging. My teaching combines instruction with real-life applications, ensuring students build both confidence and competence. I use a communicative approach, incorporating authentic materials (like songs, videos, and articles) to immerse students in the language and culture from day one.
A Typical Lesson:
Each lesson is tailored to the student’s goals and level. We usually begin with a quick warm-up (like a review game or casual conversation), followed by a focused grammar or vocabulary topic. Then, we apply what you've learned through speaking, listening, reading, or writing exercises—always with room for questions and practice. I provide helpful notes and resources after each session so you can keep learning between lessons.
What Sets Me Apart:
-University-level teaching experience
-Deep knowledge of Spanish language and cultures
-Clear explanations and patience with learners at all stages
-Focus on real-world communication—not just textbook Spanish
-Encouragement and accountability to help you stay motivated
Who I Work With:
I specialize in teaching adult learners—whether you're a complete beginner, returning to Spanish after years away, preparing for travel, or looking to improve your professional communication. I also welcome high school and college students who need extra support with coursework.
Whether you need structured lessons, conversation practice, or a mix of both, I’ll meet you where you are.
Let’s start your Spanish journey together—¡hasta pronto!
