About Gemma
I want to teach cooking and baking to share my knowledge with others and expand my small business. I want to prove that if I can do it, then so can you! I've had a few years of experience working in kitchens and a bakery, in which I have learnt a lot that I can put into my business and share with you. I offer recorded video lessons as well as live cook-alongs (with some 1-2-1 in person lessons for locals if requested) You will learn a series of simple but delicious dinners and desserts with easily adaptable recipes. From curry, chicken and soup to brownies, jam and fully decorated celebration cakes. Cook-along lessons could last up to 2 hours. Pre-recorded sessions will be shorter. Please feel free to request an in-person 1-2-1 session at my kitchen if you are local or willing to travel for a more personal experience, (please not i do not travel to clients homes) these sessions will last longer than regular sessions. I have many years of experience in kitchen roles such as chef and baker and now run my own bakery from home "Frogmans Bakery". I have also had experience selling my baked goods at fairs and creating celebration cakes for all occasions. The majority of my sessions will be baking, however I will offer some tasty dinner and snack recipes in-between as well. My lessons are for all ages and suitable for beginners. Whether you want to try something different for dinner, hosting a birthday party or simply want to have some fun, come and join me at Frogmans Bakery.
