Anyone from 5 years old to 85 years old would benefit from studying aikido, a Japanese martial art. We focus on self defense, self discipline, safe falling, fitness, and the art of aikido. Each day involves warm ups, practicing footwork, learning safe falling strategies, and learning the techniques. Students who are interesting progressing will have the opportunity for belt tests. Students interested in competition will also be able to learn how to compete from a former U. S. A. women's champion.
