About Lauren
With a 4.0 college gpa and perfect scores on the ACT and SAT reading and writing sections, I have tested and proven writing and editing skills. My greatest passion is empowering students to cultivate not only abilities, but a love for writing and reading. As a published author of a poetry collection and the holder of an academic specialty in creative writing, I can help students unlock their creativity and appreciation for literature.

- I have experience working with students ages 5-21
- my tutoring sessions, for older students, are student-led, where students let me know where they want to begin and what style of learning works best for them. I adjust my lesson plan accordingly.
- I empower students with the tips and tools to become confident readers, writers, and test-takers.
