My interest in teaching comes from seeing the difference the right guidance can make in a child’s learning journey. I enjoy breaking down concepts into simple, relatable ideas and creating a safe, encouraging space where students feel comfortable to ask questions and make mistakes. Watching students improve, gain confidence, and take pride in their progress is what motivates me the most.
I’m especially passionate about working with primary school students, as these are the years where strong foundations are built. My goal is not just to help them do well in exams, but to nurture a lasting confidence in using English in their everyday lives.

My lessons are tailored to each student’s learning style and pace, with a strong focus on building a solid foundation in English. I cover key areas such as grammar, vocabulary, writing, comprehension, and oral communication. I place emphasis on building confidence, especially for students who may be shy or struggling with the subject. Regular feedback is provided to track progress and address weak areas, ensuring steady improvement over time. I also support school curriculum and exam preparation, including PSLE, with targeted strategies to help students perform to the best of their ability.
