About Julia

I am currently going into my 3rd year of my Bachelor of Education, specializing in French Immersion. I have 2 years of experience volunteering in a middle school where my main role was to assist students with their in-class work, as well as help them better comprehend the subject matter they were learning.

About the lesson

I believe that every student learns and understands differently. Therefore, I adjust my teaching methods according to how I believe my student will benefit the most from. If a student does not understand the way I am explaining a concept, I am quick to change gears and try to explain it in a different way so that they are fully able to understand. I also do a verbal check-in with my students so that they can let me know if they are struggling to understand something.
