About Nour
I am a third year student at McGill University studying Cognitive Neuroscience and minoring in Political science. Being a half-french, half-Egyptian born and raised in NYC, I went to the French High School of New York. I am therefore fully bilingual in French and in English and have 5 years of experience tutoring in both languages, to individuals and groups of students ages ranging from 8 to 24 years old. I also have experience tutoring French as a second language!

My goal as a tutor is to help each student improve and ultimately succeed. Therefore, given that every student is different, I don't have one pre-cut method that I apply on every student. Thus, I adapt my method to the student's strengths/weaknesses - for instance some students prefer learning by asking questions while others rather an organized lesson. However, for all students, I do ensure to establish a good relationship from the start, so that they feel comfortable to ask questions and so that they are motivated to learn.

Nour is one of the most organized people I know. The revision sheets she made for herself while studying for the end of year exams were so complete and well done. She is very patient and will take the time to explain every detail needed to understand a concept. I highly recommend her to anybody looking for a great teacher!
