About Alexis

I’m a French tutor with over 10 years of experience and an MA in Intercultural French Communication. I specialize in making French learning exciting and future-ready by integrating modern technology into every lesson. I use AI-powered language tools to help students improve pronunciation, expand vocabulary, and refine grammar in real-time. My lessons often include virtual reality simulations, where students practice conversational skills in immersive French-speaking environments. Gamified learning platforms are also part of my toolkit, keeping students motivated through challenges, levels, and rewards. I design each session to be flexible, interactive, and led by the learner’s pace and goals. Many of my students are remote learners who thrive in a tech-enhanced classroom. Whether it's practicing a job interview in a virtual Parisian office or ordering coffee in a simulated café, I make the experience come alive. I’ve worked with teens, adults, and professionals across diverse time zones and digital platforms. My approach supports creativity, independence, and real-world communication. You'll find each lesson tailored, dynamic, and designed to fit seamlessly into your modern lifestyle. Let’s make French learning innovative, engaging, and truly fun—wherever your digital classroom is.

About the lesson

My French teaching approach is centered on building real-world communication skills through practical and engaging lessons. I use diverse audio sources such as dialogues, podcasts, and songs to improve listening comprehension. Each session includes focused work on verb conjugation, grammar patterns, and sentence building. I also emphasize slang and idiomatic usage to help students sound natural and confident. For those preparing to travel, we practice real-life scenarios like ordering in restaurants, asking for directions, and greeting locals.

I adapt my lessons to suit each learner’s pace and goals. Whether you're a complete beginner or someone refreshing their skills, I make sure you feel supported and encouraged. I’m especially skilled at helping newcomers and hobby learners gain practical fluency. My classes include pronunciation drills, cultural insights, and role-plays to strengthen confidence in everyday situations. I always provide clear explanations and personalized feedback. Mistakes are welcomed as learning steps. You’ll develop a deeper understanding of how the French language works. Most importantly, you’ll gain the confidence to use it in real life.
