About Jessica
I want to teach because I have experienced the impact a quality-focused learning environment can have on a young performer myself. I don’t believe in the saying “If you can’t do, teach” as my own experiences have told me that a learning environment that is adrenaline-fuelled, intense and fun at the same time is what shapes a performer into who they are and what they decide to shape into their future career path. Teaching has inspired me to share the experiences that helped me develop, help others grow in both confidence and skill set and prepare them for further performance opportunities.

Working with professionals has been a safe space for me during secondary school and college. I discovered my love of teaching during my training when I helped lead some top theatre camps in Cambridge and it made me realise just how rewarding it is to give people the same safe space I had when I was younger. This reminded me of how powerful high-level training can be; not only in building a professional skill set but in creating a supportive environment where both GCSE and Level 3 performers can be involved, challenged and encouraged to take risks and develop. I aim to offer the same standard of training I had: based in professionalism, support and adrenaline-fuelled energy. My sessions focus on gaining confidence, professional skills and creative discipline while making sure students are safe, supported and respected, giving them the courage to take the West End by storm.
