About Emma

I am a final year student at the University of Bath studying German and Russian. I lived and worked Germany for a year. I have worked as a tutor online and offline for 2 years. I received an A at A level German and I am predicted a 1st for my degree

About the lesson

My teaching method is learning german as naturally as possible, through casual conversation, games, using the students own interests to engage them and give them a motivation to learn the language.

Emma is highly knowledgeable in her field, conscientious and will want the best for her tuttees whilst also maintaining a caring and calm attitude to teaching. I recommend Emma to anyone who wants to progress in the German language; having spent a year living in Germany, she has an extensive knowledge of not just the language and its ins & outs but also the culture, which is also important to familiarise yourself with when teaching & learning a language. As a person, Emma is kind and concerned for others, hence why this fits perfectly with the traits a successful tutor needs.
