About Minjae
Hello! I am a passionate Korean tutor based in Sydney who loves sharing the richness of Korean language and culture with people from all around the world.
I place a high value on clear, engaging, and meaningful communication. My goal as a tutor is to make learning Korean an enjoyable and rewarding experience, breaking down language barriers with warmth and patience.
I genuinely enjoy meeting people from diverse cultural backgrounds and helping them achieve their personal language goals. Outside of teaching, I love exploring local cafes, capturing moments through photography, and enjoying tea. I offer both in-person lessons in Sydney and flexible online classes. I am excited to guide you on your Korean language journey!

My lessons are designed to build your confidence in speaking real-life, practical Korean in a relaxed and supportive environment. Whether you are a complete beginner starting with Hangeul or an intermediate learner looking to naturalise your pronunciation and conversational tone, each class is tailored to your goals.
I focus on interactive, context-based learning through natural conversations, cultural context, and visual materials rather than rigid textbook memorisation. We will practice expressions that native Koreans actually use every day.
Lessons are typically 50 minutes long, suitable for all ages and skill levels. I ensure a comfortable atmosphere where making mistakes is completely fine and welcomed as part of the learning journey. Let's make learning Korean enjoyable together!
