About Amanda
I am a dedicated and reliable science tutor who loves helping students succeed. I have a strong background in biology and general science, and I enjoy making learning clear, fun, and meaningful. My goal is to help every student feel confident and capable in their studies. I take time to understand each student’s needs and adjust my teaching style to fit them. Whether you’re catching up on classwork or preparing for an exam, I will guide you step-by-step until you fully understand the material. My lessons are well-organized, focused, and encouraging. I believe that with the right support and mindset, every student can improve and even enjoy learning science.

I teach science in a clear and easy way that helps students really understand what they’re learning. I use pictures, examples, and simple explanations to make hard topics easier.
In a typical lesson, we start by reviewing what the student already knows, then learn something new step-by-step. We practice problems together and end with a short review.
What makes me different is that I’m patient and explain things in more than one way until it makes sense. I help students feel confident and enjoy learning science.
My lessons are for middle school and high school students who need help with biology, chemistry, or general science.
