My teaching approach is interactive, evidence-based, and learner-centred. I focus on building conceptual understanding through real-life examples, discussions, case studies, and practical applications rather than rote memorization.
A typical class with me begins with clear learning objectives, followed by engaging explanations, guided activities, and equal space for questions and reflection. My sessions are primarily intended for undergraduate and postgraduate psychology students, psychology aspirants, and adults seeking to understand and enter the world of psychology.
