I am a national sports player and 1st-year engineering student. Perfect! Riya is very accommodating but pushes when I need it. She understands me and works with me while pushing as well as making me feel that I can do it all. I look forward to my sessions with Riya but with her help I have started doing stretches and workouts even on days I don't have sessions with her. I am feeling healthier and happier already.
