About Hannah
¡Ciao! My name is Hannah, and I'm an undergraduate student at the University of Georgia studying psychology and Spanish. I've been fascinated with Spanish language and culture from a young age, and since then I've done everything I can to learn and apply it. I've been learning Spanish since I was about 11 years old through self-teaching, instructed courses (AP-level Spanish included), and a whole lot of Spanish television and music.
Most of my friends, family, and peers would describe me as laid-back, efficient, and patient. I take pride in my ability to connect well with others, and I am confident we could take the steps to improve your Spanish skills together.

I prefer to teach in a relaxed setting where I can engage in casual yet professional conversation with the student in both Spanish and English, as I believe this is the best way to learn and apply vocabulary and expression. I am proficient in grammar, writing, speaking, and culture. Usually, my lessons start off with learning the student's understanding of vocabulary and expression. From there, I like to build on what they already know and help them to expand their knowledge base little by little. I work with elementary, middle and high school, and college-level students and personalize my lesson plans based on academic level, learning style, and personality.
