Hi! I’m Suzan, and I’m an English & writing tutor who genuinely loves helping students feel more confident and less overwhelmed with school. I work with students from elementary through college, supporting everything from reading and literature to essays, research papers, and creative writing. I’m also happy to help with resumes—whether you’re starting from scratch or just want to make yours stand out a bit more.

My approach is very step-by-step and personalized. I like to break things down in a way that actually makes sense, so you’re not just getting through assignments—you’re understanding them. I also help with study skills and organization so things feel more manageable long-term, not just for one assignment.
I’m neurodivergent myself, so I totally get that everyone learns differently. My sessions are patient, flexible, and judgment-free—I’ll meet you where you’re at and work with how your brain works, not against it. My goal is to make learning feel a little easier (and maybe even a little enjoyable).
