As an aspiring educator currently pursuing a Bachelor in Education degree, I believe that learning should be engaging, supportive, and tailored to each student's needs. My teaching approach focuses on clear explanations, active participation, and practical examples to help students understand lessons effectively. A typical lesson begins with a review of previous topics, followed by introducing new concepts, guided practice, and a short assessment to check understanding. With my two years of experience as a call center agent, I have developed strong communication, patience, and interpersonal skills that help me connect with different types of learners. My lessons are suitable for students who need academic support and guidance in improving their understanding and confidence.
