Basically I am a doctor by proffesion.But dancing is something that brings joy everyday.Everyday is not as we think ,some days are hectic as hell so for that I totally believe in dancing .
It enhances inner strength and power .A postive mind relieved from stress also mood changer .

About the lesson

Dance can be anything if u feel it.Music and the beats combines together and relaxes mind plus burns calories.There wouldbe a friendly atmosphere around and definately a therapy releasing stress .A postive aura would be there in the class who so ever is interested would surely love it .
