About Harriet

I’m a friendly and enthusiastic tutor with a strong academic background, having achieved 10 grade 9s at GCSE and A*AAA at A-Level, including an A* in Maths. I understand how challenging exams can be, so I aim to make learning straightforward, supportive and enjoyable.

Through my own studies and experience helping others understand difficult topics, I’ve developed a patient and encouraging approach. I want every student to feel comfortable asking questions, building their confidence and working towards their goals.

I offer GCSE Maths and Science tutoring tailored to each student's ability, with a focus on understanding key concepts, practising exam questions and developing effective revision techniques. Whether you're aiming for a grade 9 or simply want to feel more confident, I'm here to help you reach your potential!

About the lesson

I achieved 10 grade 9s at GCSE and an A* in A-Level Maths, so I understand what it takes to achieve high grades. I break difficult topics into simple steps, using clear explanations, worked examples and exam-style questions to build understanding and confidence.

Lessons are typically one hour, all online, and tailored to each student's needs, focusing on weaker areas, revision and exam technique.

I offer friendly, supportive tutoring for GCSE Maths and Science students aged 14–16, helping them improve their understanding, confidence and grades.
