About Tulika
This particular add is about Pranayam & Sukshm vyayam monthly group classes. Suitable for mid age - old people, house wives or People who are new to Yoga.
Timing- 7:00 am - 8:00 am IST
8:00am -9:00 am IST (choose any one slot)
1 day week off (total 25class a month)
Fees-
For Indian Nationals
Rs.1500 (advanced monthly fees deposit is required)
Rs. 200 for drop in classes (incase you don't want to take monthly classes)
For Foreign National
39 dollars (advanced monthly fees deposit is required)
6 dollars for drop in classes (incase you don't want to take monthly classes)
- Fees for Countries having low currency value than India
- Rs. 1000 (monthly)
-Rs. 150 (drop in)
-Free classes for Covid positive patient.

About me - I am a certified yoga instructor as well as prabhakar in Hindustani classical music
& practising Nada Yoga for many years.
I try to create my meditation classes based on music. i.e. Nada yoga. I also take pranayam classes & joint movement class esp. of older people.
I can guide you about chanting, sound healing, yogic kriyas, yogic philpsophy as well.
