About Preetmohan
I was born in India and moved to the U.S. with my family when I was 10 years old. I had been a high-achieving student in the early grades in India. Though I spoke English well before immigrating to America, it was initially with a heavy accent. This was the first time I felt self-conscious about my schoolwork. Fortunately, that anxiety dissipated with the help of teachers, mentors, and tutors. For students needing help with all aspects of history and current events, I want to help alleviate fears of inadequacy and instill a love for learning.

I love learning and passing that on to students who may be struggling with history/civics/current events. I use real-life examples and make learning fun with a sense of humor. I believe all of us are lifelong learners and though we may all learn differently, we can all achieve our potential with the right mindset.
