About Akgül

I'm currently studying to become a teacher, with a focus on German Studies and English/American Studies. Over the past four years, I’ve gained valuable experience as a private tutor in Germany, helping students of various levels improve their language skills. I’ve also completed an internship at a school, where I worked closely with students in a classroom setting.

Teaching allows me to combine my passion for languages with the opportunity to help others achieve their goals. I enjoy seeing students grow in confidence and ability, and I’m excited to bring that same dedication to my future students in Brisbane.

About the lesson

I focus on interactive, student-centered lessons. I prioritize practical language skills, integrating everyday conversations, cultural context, and real-life examples. My approach adapts to each student's learning style, using a mix of speaking, listening, reading, and writing exercises.

A typical lesson lasts 60 minutes, though I can adjust based on the student’s needs.

With over 4 years of experience as a private tutor in Germany, I’ve worked with students of various levels and backgrounds. Currently, I’m pursuing my Bachelor's degree in German Studies and English/American Studies, further strengthening my understanding of language teaching.

My lessons are suitable for all ages and levels, from beginners to advanced learners, including students preparing for exams or looking to improve conversational skills.
