I am a certified personal trainer and hold a bachelor's degree in Biomechanics. My educational background in biomechanics has provided me with a strong understanding of human movement and how to safely and effectively design exercise programs for clients. In addition, my certification in personal training demonstrates my knowledge and skills in exercise prescription, client assessment, and program design.
