About Aditi
I am a fashion designer in making, deeply passionate about alternate healing, spirituality and spreading awareness about PCOD. I write novels in my free time and counsel people to take decisions in their best interest. I have battled terrible weight issues and depression and while I learnt the pattern of weight loss is different for everyone, I also realised there are ways I can design that pattern for each individual based on their needs, schedule and requirements. I took up weight loss coaching thereafter and I have seen tremendous changes in the lives of women suffering with weight issues.

The approach that I believe in as a teacher is to teach everyone with care and understanding. It is very important to know what's inside a person's mind before really loading them with something new and unique. My approach is pretty much counseling and therapy based where I don't just plainly give away tips and methods to reduce weight but also tackle the underlying issues pertaining to weight gain and appearance.
The course structure tackles with one issue at a time and each class is designed in a way that it goes deep into a person's history and tackles the issues related to weight gain, self-esteem, confidence and their relationship with food and exercise.
I have helped many to achieve their ideal weight and honestly, losing weight is no rocket science. You don't need a gym trainer or a dietician to lose weight. All you need is a little direction and lots of kindness and you'll be good to go! I believe you are your body's own boss and your body is the result of your own approach towards it.
This course is for everyone who wants to lose weight. All ages and especially girls and women are welcomed to take these classes because being a woman myself, I know how hard it is especially when you're suffering for PCOS.
