About Aakanksha

I assisted individuals in their weight loss journey. I also managed to shed 20 kg myself. I'd love to share my knowledge with everyone. I enjoy being healthy and I believe nothing is impossible so if you really want to change, give me a chance to help you.

About the lesson

I've been in that phase where I wanted to lose fat but I didn't know how. So I studied about diet and nutrition, searched everything about fitness. Now I'm in that phase where I can easily help people to get rid of their stubborn fat and be healthy. So majorly I'm going to help you in weight loss and eating healthy.
