A bit about me, I am a x2 WBC International USA Team Gold Medalist (Bangkok, 48kg) (25’/26’), 2025 TBA Atomweight Champion, 2025 USMTO Champion, 2024 USMTO Silver Medalist, Full Time Muay Coach and Part Time Physical Therapist Assistant.

I will cover basics and fundamentals (stance, movement, clinch, sound defense and striking techniques). I have a background in physical therapy so modifications can be done to best fit your needs. I truly love this sport and the community it provides. My lessons are for absolute beginners to individuals who compete and have a specific techniques they'd like to learn or brush up on. I'm here for all ages :)
