I basically teach students of school level . structure of reading is to complete the portion of english grammar at first then move on to writing skills which will include letter writing notice writing report writing resume etc.
Moving forward to literature, I will teach everything crystal and clear, make students understand the summary ,theme,and overall sketch of every poem and story.
