About Lindsey
Goodman Flute Studios offers in-person flute and piccolo lessons to students from 5th grade through adult professionals in Pickerinton, Ohio and Charleston, West Virginia, as well as online lessons to flute students around the world!
A recording artist, soloist, chamber and orchestral musician, educator, and clinician who has released five albums and sold out Carnegie Hall, Lindsey Goodman helps students establish their goals and meet their potential at any stage.

Ms. Goodman loves helping students achieve their goals, and her superpower is hearing where a student can be in 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or a year and helping them get there.
Ms. Goodman serves as principal flutist of the West Virginia Symphony Orchestra, professor of flute at Otterbein University and Glenville State University, artist faculty at the Mostly Modern Festival, and solo flutist with the new music ensemble What Is Noise. She is a founding member of flute quartet PANdemonium4, the flute and harp Apollo Duo, and Chrysalis, a singing flutist and pianist duo showcasing her additional training as a classical mezzo-soprano. Lindsey studied with Robert Langevin and Walfrid Kujala and earned degrees from the Manhattan School of Music, Northwestern University, and Duquesne University, graduating summa cum laude.

Our first meeting is a "get-to-know-you" session where we talk about your goals and assess how to meet them. Parents or caregivers are welcome to the first lesson, and in-person students in Pickerington will meet Beau, the hypoallergenic studio dog mascot!
