About Emily
Hello! My name is Emily, and I am a dedicated and enthusiastic student with a strong passion for English and helping others succeed academically.
Throughout my education, I have consistently excelled in English honors courses and developed strong skills in reading, writing, grammar, communication, and critical analysis.
As a high school student myself, I understand that schoolwork can be stressful, though I believe studying a language should be a fun and memorable experience. This is why I am willing to dedicate my time to help you improve your skills in a stress-free environment.
You will get a chance to work at your own pace, and without pressure!

My teaching approach focuses on creating a positive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and learning at their own pace.
My lessons are personalized to each student's needs and goals. A typical lesson begins with a review of previous material, followed by targeted practice in areas such as grammar, writing, vocabulary, reading comprehension, writing, or oral communication.
I use clear explanations, guided examples, and interactive activities to help students understand concepts and apply them independently.
As a student myself, I am able to connect with the students I tutor, and find the correct approach depending on which age group I am working with.
My lessons are ideal for elementary and middle school students who want extra support with reading, speaking, improving their grades, or simply just gaining confidence in their skills, and I am committed to helping them achieve their goals.
