About Maya
I have been playing for around 10 years and continuously flourish by actively seeking out new opportunities to play, such as in venues, weddings and events and have previously played for royals. I have an extensive knowledge in music theory so I can teach anyone who wants to get into playing the flute, recorder or piano. I am currently a flute recorder and piano teacher in a primary school for kids ranging from KS1 to year 6. I will teach you the basics and progress from there, with my friendly approach, your skill and passion will advance!

Perfect! For a beginner, I can confidently say that she is the right tutor. She makes sure the trainee is focused and encouraged throughout her session. Not to mention the fact that her theoretical knowledge is more than satisfying, her teaching skills are also awesome.
- A wonderful, kind and patient student with loads of enthusiasm and a pleasure to teach, highly reccomend!Maya's response :

Im so happy with Maya, my daughter loves her flute lessons.
You taught me really good and now all my friends and family ask me to play on occasions thank you so grateful ️
Maya is an incredible tutor! She helped me learn the basics of playing the flute and not once did she make me feel slow or annoying. (I tend to ask a lot of questions and need things to be repeated a few times) She was extremely patient and got the ideas across perfectly. I would 100% recommend her as your tutor.
