About Lauren
Hi! I'm a passionate and supportive tutor with over a year of experience helping students succeed in mainly the following subjects: - Legal and Social Studies - English - Biology I hold a Bachelor of Laws and Communications (Honours), and I bring a practical, engaging approach to every lesson. I like to have fun during lessons while still keeping students focused and accountable. I work closely with each student to set clear goals and guide them towards the results they want—whether that’s exam success, improved writing, or a deeper understanding of tricky concepts. My lessons are interactive, tailored, and designed to build confidence along the way.

My lessons are interactive, engaging, and fit for the student—whether you're prepping for exams, improving your essay writing, or just trying to make sense of tricky legal concepts. We’ll break down complex topics using real-world examples, debates, role-plays, and practical exercises that make learning both useful and enjoyable. Perfect for students who want clarity, confidence, and a few laughs along the way. I have previous experience in tutoring high school students of various ages and differing subjects, however having an honours degree in Law I can provide specific expertise in that area. Depending on the needs of the student I usually like to run sessions for about an 1hr and a half but this can be shortened or extended dependent on the students goals and ultimately, what works best for them. I am able to help high school students as well as university level law and criminology students.
