About Cl
My name is Chda Chawnglul, family’s and friends called me CL, originally I’m a Bachelor of Commerce degree holder but along my educational journey, passion has changed. I also was once used to be a fat boy with a lot of insecurities and gaining confidence was the toughest thing, but somehow, motivation goes through my mind and started working out with a proper diet and workout routine, 2021 has become the year that changed my life since, never been more energized and confident in my life, so if you want to lose weight/fat while gaining muscle, I’ve got the perfect plan for you.

Routine for morning and evening or night is planned as per the preferences of the students/customers. Working out without a proper diet will only lead to exhaustion and time wasting without actually getting close to the results. So what I do is to know the health and medical conditions of the students/customers and plan a diet and workout routine to help improve their health and fitness level and getting their dream body. Lastly, achieving a healthy body and getting fit is not an easy road for anyone, but those who are sincere and those who really want what's best for their body, I can assure you, I will help you change your lifestyle, boosting your confidence and help you to achieve your dream body.
