About Isabelle
My name is Isabelle, I am 23 years old having graduated from University of Nottingham. I love Chemistry, Maths and Physics. However, being dyslexic I found it hard to learn in school with the generic approach to teaching. I found having a tutor was just what I needed, and I want to help others how I was helped. With my experiences I have learnt many fantastic techniques which have helped me study, that I would love to share with you. I work with you to personalise your study plan and provide different techniques and tips to help boost your confidence.

It can be really hard in a class to cater to everyone’s unique approach to problems, using a personal tutor is a fantastic way to get the support someone needs. I like to work together with students to identify the key areas they need extra support in. Initially I go through an overview and what the goal of the student is, if that’s getting better in one area, or working towards an exam. As a graduate I have worked with all types of students including neurodivergent students, and helped them achieve their goal. A typical lesson with me is 30 minutes or 60 minutes, with the option of breaks depending on what an individual needs. I typically teach between ages 12-18.
