About Sara
I’m a recent IB graduate who achieved 43/45 and have been tutoring for the past two years. I genuinely enjoy teaching and, most importantly, I understand that every student learns differently. I focus on explaining concepts clearly, breaking down difficult topics into manageable parts and adapting my approach to suit each student.
Having completed the IB very recently, I’m fully up to date with the current curriculum, assessment criteria and exam format. I can therefore offer practical, first-hand insight into what is expected and what can make the difference between a 5, 6 or 7.
I aim to make lessons focused, encouraging and useful. Rather than simply giving students the answers, I want them to understand how to approach questions independently, recognize where they are losing marks and develop effective study and exam techniques that they can use on their own.

I offer personalized 1-hour online IB tutoring sessions for students looking to improve their understanding, exam technique and overall grades.
I recently completed the IB Diploma with a score of 43/45 and am now studying Law at Trinity College Dublin. I also have 2 years of tutoring experience, working with students of different ages and abilities. Having recently completed the IB myself (May 2026) I understand the workload, exam structure and pressure that comes with the program and can help make it more manageable and structured.
I tutor IB Economics, Business Management, English A and Polish A, with lessons tailored to each student's level and goals. Whether you're struggling with a particular topic, aiming to move from a 5 to a 6 or 7, preparing for exams, or looking to improve your overall study strategy, we'll focus on the areas that will make the biggest difference to your results.
I can also provide guidance with Extended Essays, Internal Assessments and Individual Orals, including choosing and developing a topic, structuring your work, understanding assessment criteria, improving your analysis and preparing effectively. I provide guidance and feedback while ensuring that the work remains entirely your own.
My lessons focus on understanding the material rather than simply memorizing it. We can work through difficult topics, practice exam questions, improve answer structure and identify exactly where marks are being gained or lost.
All lessons are conducted online and last 1 hour, with practice questions, resources and other materials provided where useful.
