Whether you're looking to sharpen your English-speaking skills, gain insight into your newest creative writing composition, or receive assistance with English homework/essays/assignments, I will help you get there.
I am a recent MA graduate of English Literature from Cal State Long Beach with an emphasis in Medieval Literature. I also hold a double BA in English and Creative Writing.
I have been immersed in these topics at my university for 6.5 years and I graduated at the top of my class. Not only do I offer academic coursework assistance, but I also offer and have experience tutoring others in professionalization (CVs/Resumes/Abstract Submissions for Conferences/etc.).

I never want my students to feel any sense of discomfort. So I tailor each lesson to each individual student and assess whether they need more direct approach (heavily explanatory) or a more indirect approach (guiding the student to his or her own solution).
This also depends on what I'm teaching my student. If it is creative writing or a resume, a more directive approach might be necessary whereas essay help might require a more indirect approach during the planning and outlining components so that students can come to their own conclusions about what they want to write.
