About Jessica
My first couple of school years were very hard for me. Was not happy at the school I was attending and really did not want to go to school. Cried and pretended that I was sick all the time. Was held back in the third grade, and my mom finally got me transferred to another elementary school. Once I attended a new school everything changed for me. I love school and was doing much better, and loved to learn. I remember getting award for most improved student. I felt much better about myself and my school work. And that is why I want to become a teacher. I do not want any child to go through what I went through. I believe the first couple of years of a child’s school years are very important. I want every child to love school and have a good experience.
