About Sophia
Through several years of being a student myself, as well as a professional in various roles, I have become equipped with strong levels of critical thinking, dependability, and professionalism.
Key skills I have gained in my experience thus far center on research literacy, evidence-based practice, interpersonal communication, time management, and a person-centered approach.
I obtained my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology in 2023 from UCF, and later that same year began a Master’s program at LU in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. My program will be complete this December 2026. All coursework has been completed, and I have actively been earning hours applied towards my license since January.
