About Arlene
I have worked as a substitute teacher with a special emphasis on grades K-3 and as well as special education. I eventually became a behavioral specialist in the 2nd largest school district in California where I worked closely with a team to meet the needs of a variety of challenging students. My strategies consist of positive reinforcement and rapport building in order to get my students to attain their goals!
